Hotel Room Reservations
HTI has negotiated a discounted room rate of $329 for ADAPT attendees, plus taxes and fees, for the nights of October 14 and 15.

Rates are guaranteed through September 14 and are subject to availability. Guests booking after September 14 may encounter higher rates. We encourage you to make your room reservations early.
Check In / Check Out
ADAPT begins with a reception at 5 pm on Wednesday, October 14. Check-in time is 4 pm local time. Check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be based on hotel availability.
Room Guarantees
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods.
Travel
Daily flights are available from major cities to the Santa Fe Airport.
The area is also served by the Albuquerque airport, which is 65 miles away.
