The inaugural ADAPT conference will be held in the Southern California desert city of Palm Springs. Attendees will find nourishment for body and mind in this tranquil setting featuring the natural beauty of the Coachella Valley and the country’s best examples of mid-century Modern architecture.

HTI has negotiated a discounted room rate of $354 for ADAPT attendees, plus taxes and fees, for the nights of November 9 through 14. To make your reservation at the negotiated rate, book using the ADAPT link or the button below.
Rates are guaranteed through October 17 and are subject to availability. Guests booking after October 17 may encounter higher rates. We encourage you to make your room reservations early. Valet parking for overnight guests is $30 per day.
Check In / Check Out
ADAPT begins with a reception at 5pm on Monday, November 10. Check-in time is 4pm PST. Check-out time is 11am PST. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be based on hotel availability.
Room Guarantees
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods.
Travel
Daily flights are available from major cities to Palm Springs International Airport, which is centrally located to hotels and resorts, restaurants, shopping, and natural attractions. The Thompson Palm Springs Hotel is 2.5 miles from the airport.
The area is also served by the Ontario International Airport (68 miles) and the John Wayne Airport in Orange County (100 miles).
