Jennifer Holloman
Jennifer Holloman has more than 15 years of experience leading health care programs in military, nonprofit, and private organizations. In her current role as Director of Health IT policy at the American Hospital Association (AHA), Jennifer leads policy strategy related to data interoperability, AI and digital health.
In previous roles for the U.S. Army Office of the Surgeon General, Jennifer served as Acting Chief of Virtual Health, overseeing the administration of virtual care across 49 hospitals, 460 clinics and deployed settings. Prior to that, she served as Deputy Chief of Behavioral Health Program Execution, developing value-based programs for Soldiers and their families.
She was recognized for her work with the U.S. Army’s second highest civilian award, the Superior Civilian Service Award, and Commander’s Award for Civilian Service.
Jennifer’s experience in nonprofit hospital settings include managing telehealth services at Atlantic Health System, where she established a new virtual care department deploying innovative technologies which increased access and reduced readmissions.
She began her career as a federal healthcare consultant with Deloitte and earned an MBA and master’s in health administration from Baylor University, and bachelors’ degrees in marketing and management from Virginia Tech.
She has a passion for building strategy, developing policy and coordinating with stakeholders to transform care delivery.
