Peter Loforte

Peter Loforte is a former Microsoft Vice President on Microsoft 365, and earlier served as a General Manager in the Trustworthy Computing Division and of the Mobile PC team that included an applied AI research group. At Microsoft, he helped establish global privacy, security, and reliability practices while leading major initiatives across Windows, Visual Studio, and Office.

Today, he contributes to the Life with Machines podcast, where he developed BLAIR, an AI “co-producer,” and engages with leading voices such as Kate Darling, De Kai, Reid Hoffman, Dr. Alondra Nelson, and Jared Kaplan on the societal and regulatory impact of AI.

At ADAPT 2025, he will give a Talk on the future iterations of AI in healthcare.
