Sara regularly counsels health care providers, health technology companies, life sciences organizations, and businesses across a range of industries on privacy and cybersecurity compliance, AI governance, technology transactions, intellectual property strategy, incident response, and the development and commercialization of emerging technologies. She also advises clients on strategic partnerships, data-sharing arrangements, and the legal and business considerations associated with deploying innovative technologies and digital solutions.

Before entering the legal profession, Sara worked as a surgical/trauma and cardiovascular intensive care unit nurse and co-led a multidisciplinary initiative focused on reducing readmissions among cardiothoracic surgery patients at a major health system. Her clinical and project management experience provides a practical understanding of the operational, technological, and regulatory challenges facing health care organizations. Sara leverages that perspective to deliver practical, business-oriented counsel tailored to her clients’ needs.
