Amit Trivedi

Amit Trivedi is a healthcare technology and interoperability leader with more than two decades of experience advancing standards, privacy, and innovation. He currently serves as Strategy and Communications Director at the Shift Collaborative, where he champions equitable interoperability and patient privacy through computable consent and granular data segmentation.

Previously, Amit led certification and testing programs at the Certification Commission for Health IT and Verizon’s ICSA Labs, directed interoperability and cybersecurity initiatives at HIMSS, and worked with global standards bodies including HL7 and IHE. His career has spanned roles as security engineer, systems auditor, and HIPAA officer, as well as executive positions scaling startups and advising health IT companies on cybersecurity, compliance, and interoperability strategy.
