Kat McDavitt

Kat is president and founding partner of Innsena, an external affairs consultancy supporting healthcare technology organizations. She is the head of the consultancy’s market access and public affairs practice and a recognized award-winning leader in data acquisition strategy and the negotiation of healthcare data use agreements, including the exchange and use of sensitive information.

In addition to her work at Innsena, Kat is the founder and CEO of the Zorya Foundation, a 501c3 public charity, providing cash childcare grants for women working in the healthcare industry. She is also general partner and co-founder of the Pelium Group, an investment firm supporting early stage digital health start-ups, and the founder and host of the Health Tech Talk Show.

In addition to the organizations she has founded and continues to operate, Kat is also an advisor to numerous women-led companies, including CurieDx and Groops. She is also an LP with Oncology Ventures, an advisor to Redesign Health, a member of the board of directors for the Texas eHealth Alliance and a member of the policy committee for Academy Health.

Previously, Kat served as chief of external affairs and chief marketing officer for Collective Medical, the largest network for care coordination in the United States. Collective Medical was acquired by PointClickCare in late 2020, the nation’s largest senior care technology platform.
