Kelly Franchetti, RN CCRN CEN, is a rare disease mom and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Patient View, a global patient insights and engagement consultancy. For more than 15 years, she has worked at the intersection of lived experience, clinical research, and evidence-based decision-making, leading over 100 qualitative research engagements across therapeutic areas and phases of development.

Kelly partners with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, CROs, and healthcare innovators to integrate patient, caregiver, investigator, site, and advocacy perspectives into clinical development. Her work translates human experience into decision-ready evidence that informs protocol design, feasibility, recruitment, consent, site readiness, and trial execution.
